License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (unless the app’s own listing links to a different EULA).
The App Store
Your download and use of the app are also governed by Apple’s own Media Services Terms and App Store rules. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content — any support request should come to us first, at the address below.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or interfere with how the app or the services it relies on work. Some apps let you add content (notes, saved spots, tags): you’re responsible for what you add, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose — especially for features that depend on your network, hardware or third-party services we don’t control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, iwazowski.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update an app, or these terms, over time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
